My resting heart rate is between 80-96 and i'm a month pregnant. is that bad or good is their a chart for this??

Probably normal: That is a little on the high side, but still normal range. It may get higher as your pregnancy progresses. Unless you are having chest pain or palpitations or other symptoms, I would ignore it.
