Possible seizure : This could be a seizure disorder, see your 1ry care physician right away, you need a consult with a neurologist, you will need an EEG & may be other tests, if this is happening often please go to ER. Feel better.

You mention eye and: cognitive symptoms. A neurologist is the specialist to see, or opthalmologist. Start w/your family doc for referrals. Peace and good health.

Petit mal seizure ?: You should be evaluated by a Neurologist right away. This could be a petit mal seizure or possible related to some of the psychological diagnoses you have. Your primary care MD can make a referral. An opthamological exam is also appropriate.
