I would like to know if my boyfriend's eyes can signify a mental health issue. whenever he talks about doing violent things, his eyes dilate. sometimes his face looks void of all emotion and they dilate then too. it's starting to worry me. ?

Pupil dialation: Sympathetic autonomic nervous system stimulation causes pupil dialation. This occurs during fight or flight reactions. This might be consistent with stimulation/ reaction to what he is thinking or talking about.
