I asked before about surgeries to shrink the size of my head and was warned it was risky. does this mean there is someone out there i can talk about risks with out there who does this kind of work?

Why?: Go to an university center to find out what they can do for you. However i can't think of a single good reason why one would take this risk.

Neurosurgeon: A university center neurosurgeon would be the best place to get an answer--definitely this type of surgery would not be done outside of a major university med center.
