I'm currently taking 5mg buspar (buspirone) 2x/day and had 3 drinks several hours ago. i can't sleep and was wondering if i could take 25mg diphenhydramine ?

Alcohol and Buspar (buspirone): Using Diphenhydramine with Buspar (buspirone) may increase dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, difficulty concentrating, impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination. Using Alcohol with Buspar (buspirone) and Diphenhydramine has same risks. Do Breathing and Music Relaxation, Visual imagery of National Parks, and Meditation.
