How do i heal the annoying red bump on my nose piercing hole?

Remove piercing.: Hopefully the bump is just healing and a little secondary infection where you made the mistake in placing the piercing. If so, keep clean, place tripple antibiotic ointment or cream on the outer surface and hopefully the infection will resolve and heal. If the piercing is still there, remove it.
