Poisonous cherries?: it depends on why you believe the cherries to be poisonous. If you are having symptoms related to poisoning, you should go to the emergency room immediately. Good luck.

Poisonous cherries?: I'm not sure what you mean by poisonous cherries, but if you have any nausea, stomach pain, drowsiness, or other new symptoms, go directly to the emergency room for evaluation. The "Universal antidote" for poisons is activated charcoal, which should be taken by mouth as soon as possible in the case of toxic ingestions. Activated charcoal does not help for alcohols, solvents or antifreeze.
