Hello, i recently left my stove unattended for around 5-10 min. i noticed the bowl over flowed and put out the flame. i believe only gas was only emitting. it could t have been longer than 10 min. should i be concerned about toxicity?

I don't think you had a long enough b exposure to high levels of carbon monoxide to affect you. Actually you were probably exposed to low levels for a brief time. It takes about 2 hours of exposure to high levels before significant symptoms develop.
