Dr. R Sangal answered

Symptom relief: Symptom relief would help with sleep. You can use Acetaminophen (tylenol) or Aspirin for headache or sinus pain, Loratadine (claritin) for congestion, and nasal sprays such as xylometazoline or oxymetazoline (afrin) for nasal congestion. Pseudoephedrine (sudafed) for congestion might keep you awake. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (diphendhydramine) instead of Claritin might also help with sleep.
