Nothing serious: Usually a viral infection or allergies would explain your symptoms. Headache with vomiting could be symptoms of migraine. For your colds, try dayquil/nyquil combo with vitamin c and lots of water. Nyquil or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) would help you sleep. If you worsen, go see your dr. Take care!
