Could be: Could be a stain, abnormal anatomy, a cavity, or other cause. This probably isn't a DIY problem. See a professional. See a Dentist who has invested at least 10,000 hours since College graduation learning how to help you fix your problem. Don't waste time & money looking for a magic bullet...there isn't one. Please call a Dentist before the small dark spot becomes a big dark spot.
