Oral Swelling: You may have an infection related to your wisdom teeth. You'll need to call a local dentist for treatment since these problems usually do not resolve on their own.

Painful ball: Probably an infection. May be due to impacted wisdom tooth, infected gums, infected molar, or other reasons. This will, in all probability, not self resolve. And if there is an infection it is spreading throughout your body. Please call your Dentist for an emergency appointment to diagnose and treat or refer.
