Needs to be examined: Very, very difficult to diagnose without a visual and a radiograph. Was the tooth ever traumatized? Does it have a deep restoration? These questions need to be answered before a diagnosis can be rendered. See a local dentist who can actually examine your daughter. No pain does not mean no problem.
