Exhaustion: Hi. You don't specify if this is a short or long term health issue. If it is ongoing for over, say 1-2 weeks, it would be good to rule out a depressive disorder. On the other hand, you might try some relaxation techniques, deep breathing, relax facial muscles and do positive thinking. Sometimes, if there is no indication of major depression or anxiety, OTC Melatonine or Valerian could be helpful.
