I have been told i have a ganglion cyst on the top of my foot as well as soft tissue damage. what does soft tissue damage mean?

Muscle, tendons: Soft tissue means anything other than the bone and thus usually means muscles , tendons , or even fascia. You need to ask him more about how to deal with it or prevent it from happening in the future.

Softy: The idea may be that the size of the cyst may have damaged some immediate and surrounding tissue as it was developing. These could include capsule, tendon, ligament, muscle and nerve to name a few.
