Dr. John Chiu answered

How dx was made?: I need to know more about what types of symptoms and findings the diagnosis was based on . Is it a fungal ball, an asthma case, or something else? In the absence of symptoms and normal chest or sinus CT findings, treatment is not indicated since there is nothing there to be treated.

Probably: Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis has a specific sets of diagnostic criteria and it does sound like you don't quite meet the definition for the diagnoisis.

Yes it is: don't know what kind of tests you ran, but you can have antibodies against aspergilus, as many do, but don't have aspergillosis , your doctor would treat you for stomach problems if you have symptoms, trust your doctor he/she is right
