Is the backjoy product good for seated working? they make claims that i would love to get some second opinions on.

BackJoyOrBackPloy??: I used a similar device once several years ago. I think the theory is that it aligns the pelvis more physiologically, which allows the rest of the spine to adjust. For 35 bucks I'd try it but, depending on the problem, a lumbar support (e.g. some form of pillow supporting the lower back) might also be needed. I used mine for driving but eventually didn't need it. did it help? Not a miracle cure.
