Possibly: Chronic nausea is a very non specific symptom which can be caused by gastrointestinal diseases, neurological disease, gynecological disease, urinary issues, infections and is a common medication side effect.

Timing with periods?: If the nausea is accompanying your periods, and if you take ibuprofen/motrin/pamprin for period pain the nausea could be from the ibuprofen. Some women get migraines on monthly cycles with their periods, and migraine can present with mostly nausea and without much headache. Sometimes birth control pills can regulate or prevent this. Talk to your gynecologist, there are other possibiliities too.
