Limited Help: Topical products are usually of little value since they do not provide the ability to "level" the poc marks. Usually a form of mechanical dermabrasion (more than microdermabr) and laser resurfacing does better. Get a consultation from a cosmetic-plastic surgeon or dermatology office that does dermabrasion.
