Spot on neck has needle-like pain. my whole left arm & hand got tingly & face. calves , a bit shaky after i was cleaning & was next to the alarm , it made a loud noise, got jumpy. what is this?

Anxiety: These symptoms are quite dissociated and scattered and may indicate anxiety and chronic tension. It appears that you have been in a high strung state. I recommend that you abstain from caffeine,nicotine and alcohol and consult your physician for referral for stress management. It is possible that short term antianxiety medication may be prescribed and I am quite sure you will respond nicely.
