See neurologist: To rule out ms. While you may have other issues that are all coming together, like multiple peripheral neuropathies, including bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, you need to rule out worst things first, like ms, especially in a female your age with hypothyroidism. They most likely will need to MRI and emg, but it will be worth it to rule it out. Best of luck and i hope this helps.

Neurologist: You may have a nerve entrapment causing the arm and hand symptoms but it wouldn't affect the facial area or legs. If these symptoms persist you should have an evaluation by a neurologist to check for polyneuritis, multiple sclerosis, calcium deficiency, etc.

Several things: Having so many symptoms must really effect your life. It is hard to connect all the dots with one problem that explains these symptoms. Electrolyte, metabolic, kidney abnormalities. Anxiety with hyperventilation, central neurological problems like ms, drug reactions and withdrawal are all possible. See a good neurologist to start with. Be patient.

See a doctor: See a doctor to determine the cause which could be anything from anemia hypothyroid to a neurological disorder.........Among other problems. You need an exam , blood work, and possibly other testing.

You have: A lot of symptoms but very little in the way of objective information and with this combination of neurologic. Possibly vascular complaints a thorough and lengthy history and physical is necessary. I have a lot of questions which require more than the available space which still leaves a physical exam undone. I wouldn't even begin to venture a guess and recommend instead contacting your doctor.
