Stop worrying: You're exercising and that's commendable. Heredity is your main determinant of the cholesterol component of your atherosclerosis risk. Fitness is more important than food choices. I suspect you're generally eating sensibly. You deserve an egg. Make fitness a lifelong source of pleasure and meaning as well as health.
