Wrong assumption: You assume that only changing your diet will guarantee an absence of halitosis, and that's just not true. Bad breath can be coming from your sinuses, your teeth and gums, and from acid reflux. Determine the cause and solve your dilemma.

Several: Bad breath starts w poor home care, but lets assume your home care is stellar! onions, garlic, and curry are probably most common offenders. There are others but lets start here.

Other means are....: Even if you ate nothing and drank water, if you didn't brush and floss your teeth, the dead cells in your mouth would probably produce some bad breath. The way to prevent bad breath is through daily good oral hygiene and the elimination or control of any medical problems. That requires both dental and medical checkups on a regular basis.
