Watch your diet: You can't eliminate bad breath from food...Unless you mean eliminate bad breath from eating. The best bet is to not eat things that will give you bad breath emanating from either your mouth or your stomach. Case in point...Onions, garlic, broccoli etc. But you can keep your teeth and tongue clean to help with the oral problem of bad breath.

Brush after meals: The best is to brush and floss after meals. A mouthwash also helps. Bad breath is caused more by leaving plaque or bacteria on the teeth. Brushing is the only way to remove plaque ot home.
