First things first: You need to have the cause of your halitosis determined. Is it a dental problem, gum problem, acid reflux, or your diet? Just masking the bad breath for 5 minutes with a "product" will not solve your problem... It will only frustrate you. Have a dental check up and then consult with your physician.. Once the cause of your halitosis is determined, proper advice can be given. All the best..

It depends: Halitosis or bad breath has many different causes. It can be related to oral bacteria in which case good oral hygiene (including flossing and tongue scrapper) is essential. If you have periodontitis (gum and bone loss) the smell is bad and has to be treated professionally. If the cause is digestive you need to see a G.I. To evaluate and treat. Try a product with chlorine dioxide for mouth odor.
