Not enough info!: It you have a stiff neck that is new, along with fever, cough, sore throat or any other acute illness, you need to get seen right away to make sure you don't have a serious infection.. Otherwise if your neck has been hurting for awhile, a little more information would help. When did it start? Did you hurt it? We can't tell what's going on from the info you provide.
