See a doctor now!: "Crushing pain" in the chest pectoral region, even on the right side, for no apparent reason is concerning. I recommend seeing a doctor ASAP to rule out things that are not simply musculoskeletal, including serious and potentially life threatening conditions that may involve the heart and / or lung. Don't wait.
