Muscle twitching under my armpit on right side wrapping around ribs from shoulder blade to pectoral muscle, unrelated to electrolytes. Other causes?

Fasciculations: These can be from medications (allergy/decongestants and others) recent exercise and nerve issues, to name a few. If prolonged (over two to three days,) review with primary care provider.
