Ciprofoxin: The proximity of the "new" symptoms to the start of the cipro, is highly suspicious for an allergic reaction to the antibiotic: http://www.Drugs.Com/sfx/ciprofloxacin-side-effects.Html. I would contact your doctor immediately and discuss these sx with him. As for the "lump in the throat, " although it could represent an abscess, it might be bronchitis. Either way, contact your md immediately.
