You need: medical attention because you might have critical hypothyroid condition called myxedema. You also need studies to follow up on thyroid cancer.

Why to ER: If you have NO insurance, you would be responsible for ER visit which could be extremely expensive. Your most likely answer is HYPOTHYROIDISM, and a simple blood test can confirm. Thyroid meds can reverse all your issues if this is the case. There are many clinics which take cash patients at very low cost.
