Hard to say: You have quite a variety of symptoms which could be from many many different causes. It sounds like you have seen at least one medical doctor and had some superficial testing done. I would encourage you to see a primary care physician who can manage or care instead of seeking treatment at urgent care facility or emergency department. Then if specialty consultation such as ENT , gastroenterology is needed your primary care physician can arrange these.Your constellation of symptoms however does not point to a specific diagnosis and i think you need to seek medical attention.
