painful achy legs & feet, sometimes arms. no swelling. occasional numbness. gastro problems. fatigue. increased anxiety. dizzy. could i have ms?

Possible.: But given all the symptoms ms is unlikely. Specifically pain in the arms and feet, gastro problems and increased anxiety do not really fit the typical ms.
