Go see ur Family Doc: If your nose is still bothering after an incident from 2mo ago, it's time to see your Family Doc for an initial evaluation. S/he can then refer to ENT if appropriate. Since you didn't mention type of nasal spray, I'll offer unasked bit of advice: avoid nasal decongestant sprays which can cause rhinitis medicamentosa.
