Red, swollen septum: Greetings, your red swollen septum could be irritated from your allergies. Do you take medication? If not, over the counter antihistamines could help remove allergy and irritation. Does the nasal septum hurt to touch it? If so, this could've an infection and would need antibiotics quickly. See your ENT doctor to be sure.
