i have fatty liver, had 9 colon pulps removed .i need to loose weight. what is the healthiest way to lose weight with my health conditions ?

Reduce carbs: the polyps are not relevant to the weight loss. Try to lose 10% of your weight which can improve the fatty liver. Exercise such as walking 10,000 steps a day, reducing carbs such as soft drinks, bread, pasta and fructose containing foods is helpful. Portion control is important.
