Would appreciate any supplement recommendations for fatty liver and colon health ? in addition to the general recommended daily health and activity?

Supplements are probably not high yield in this scenario. Fatty liver is addressed with healthy diet, exercise, and weight reduction if one is overweight. Eating fiber-rich whole foods is good for the colon. In addition to diet & exercise, getting 7-8hr consistent sleep, and managing stress is important for overall health. Consider speaking with a nutritionist for more specific guidance.
