Not very likely: High Nickk, those palpable probable nodes are normal in size. If above 5 mm or most lymphomas are above 15 mm. Your chest xray readings may also be informative,see if you can find out the reading from your doctor. A normal CBC and CRP are good signs but if still concerned, CT scan may be useful in non palpable areas. Again, a visit or a call to your MD is recommended, Esp if you have risk factors.

Lymphadenopathy: Lymph nodes swell and fluctuate usually due to the inflammatory reaction of infection. Cancer at your age would be unusual, but not impossible. If it persists beyond a month, or they grow larger, you should see someone who can evaluate it with a needle aspiration bx or similar diagnostic procedure.
