Don't understand ?: Infatuation is not the same as love, and some people use cocaine for decades. I am really not sure what you are asking.

Love addiction?: You pose an interesting question, rather philosophical, and a challenge for medicine. First of all, an infatuation, is not equivalent to love. On the other hand, what has been compared to cocaine effect on the nucleus accumbens is addiction to sex. I am also glad you acknowledge that love can last for life.
