Potential errors: In basic urine drug screens, a number of over-the-counter medications can cause a false positive reading for PCP including Benadryl (diphenhydramine), even ibuprofen (Motrin). I'm unaware of any OTC meds that cause a false positive for cocaine. If there is a question about accuracy, a more advanced confirmatory test can be requested but is impractical in an Emergency Department setting.
