The effects of intranasal (snorting) cocaine are usually gone between 30-90 minutes . So the cardiovascular effects of cocaine are gone by 30 hours. However, during the period of on set which is 3-5 minutes when snorting cocaine, the cardiovascular effects can be quite significant ranging from severe hypertension to a heart attack.

Yes, the transient cardiovascular effects are gone by 30 hrs, but the imminent effect of intranasal cocaine can be devastating. The drug can be laced with heroin ("speedball") or Fentanyl, and either alone could be deadly. It is not worthwhile to participate in recreational drug usage in today's world. Here in the USA, we have over 100,000 deaths from drug overdose, in past year. Be safe!
