Optic Neuritis is: usually treated with intravenous steroid therapy. Typically an MRI of the brain will assist with the diagnosis. Please call your Ophthalmologist regarding your continued eye pain and continued loss of vision. Therapy may stop or reverse the damage in many cases when treated in a timely fashion.
