I have a fever 102, nausea, and feel like i cannot totally empty my bladder. when i urinated this am, it smells like sulfur. i was fine yesterday and all of a sudden this hit. i am rarely sick and otherwise healthy man.

UTI: It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. With the high fever it could be moving up to your kidney causing a more serious kidney infection. You need to see a doctor today. If you can not get in to see your doctor go to urgent care or emergency department.
