Primary Care doctor: With multiple symptoms in multiple locations, a patient should work with her primary care doctor now to see what things are going on. That means Internal Medicine or Family Medicine doctors in the US, but not Gynecologists. Some countries call their Primary Care doctors GP's, but in the US the doctors with the extra years of primary care training in adult medicine are the IM and FP doctors.
