When can i seek treatment for residual scars from acne once i'm off acutane?

1 year: Although each surgeon/dermatologist that treats this may have different opinions, at least 6 months and for most of us, 1 year must have passed before any facial resurfacing for acne scars should be performed. Options include dermabrasion / laser resurfacing (most often CO2) and/or chemical peel.
