Right dosage/usage: the way you use the fluticasone spray and the dose affect the delivery of medicine to the nasal passages, also cleaning your nose and irrigating it well with saline wash prior to using the medicine is important, if all those maneuvers don't work please get evaluated by an allergist/ENT specialist, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area,
