Yes you can, but: you need to revise how are you taking those medicines. You need to flush your nose with saline and clear the nasal passages before using the Flonase, which has to used right, (directed backwards and outwards when inside your nose towards your ear). You can double the dose of Flonase or take it twice a day for a day or two, if all this doesn't help, better see your doctor / ENT for re-evaluatio
