Why do most of the teens have a few palpable lymphnodes? i have some too and i'm really worried. but they are movable and soft and about 1cm.

Lymph nodes: Enlarged lymph nodes is a very common finding in pediatric age group, several viral infections cause the lymph node to to enlarge & stay palpable for long time, they can bepainful, localized or generalized depending on the cause, if they are realy large , sore & persistent they need to be checked out.
