Reversible swelling: The bump could've been a little area of swelling that resolved. Try to remove the make up before you go to bed. If the eye continues to bother you you could have your physician have you see an ophthalmologist.

Clogged duct: one of your eyelid follicles was likely clogged and it resolved on its own. If this got worse, antibiotics would be prescribed per your doctor.
