Hives?: Do they itch? If so, try benadryl (diphenhydramine), if that works you likely have hives, an allergic reaction, to a food, medicine, or skin care product. If not, see a doctor to found out what is going on.

Agree with previous: answer by Dr. Rhoads. There is also certain dry scalp conditions that produce bumps, and of course head lice nits/bites from fleas. Please check and try the treatment if the condition does not go away. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
