My daughter is 2 years old and has started getting a swollen eye which is now worse since this morning. first i thought she bumped it but there is also a bump like a bite mark on her forehead visible now. should i take her to er?

Some basics: The tissues surrounding the eye are quite sensitive & easily swell from simple things like a bug bite in the area. It is usually painless & without a color change. If she has no pain/can move her eyes without pain & has no fever I see no reason to think it needs emergency care. If it spooks you go in, but this sounds typical foe a simple bite reaction. The swelling can take days to fade.
